
Galt Museum
The Galt Museum & Archives – Akaisamitohkanao’pa (eternal gathering place) is a striking early twentieth century heritage building in the Edwardian Classical style with contemporary modernist additions. Located in Lethbridge, the building features a distinctive red brick exterior, expansive glass façade overlooking the Oldman River valley, outdoor theatre, and a native prairie plant garden. Inside, the museum offers a range of multi-purpose spaces, classrooms, meeting rooms, exhibits, and interactive displays. In terms of size, the museum has approximately 10,000 square feet of public space and parking for 75 vehicles, including larger parking spaces for busses or trailers
